Should I question reality? Today @ work while not posting or actualy working I'm reading a book on philosophy and how it was applied to the movie The Matrix. Anyway, I was in a chapter about illusions and mirrors. (I'm assuming every one is familiar with Carol's through the looking glass, or at least the carol rip off of following the white rabbit part from the matrix). So I decided to take a walk. (background on where I work: it's a multi mill company in the middle of a 700 person town. It is nestled in a valley and if you walk for 5 min in any direction you come to woods. While I was walking I saw a white rabbit (I'm not ****ting you) just sitting about 5 feet from the woods just looking at me. I've never seen a rabbit around here, let alone a white one( and I usully walk 2-3 times a day around the city). Curiosity got the better of me so I started walking towards it figuring that it just had got loose from someone's rabbit hutch and would be friendly. But when ever I got 5 feet away from it, it would slowly hop away another 5 feet. Well I followed him for about 25 feet into the woods when it went over a hill. Then I asked my self what am I doing, and walked back out of the woods and back to work. On the way back I kept thinking that the whole thing is to strange, did I just give up a chance to leave my mundane existence, step out side reality or what...........?
Like I said this just happened and sort of freaked me out.

should you question reality? only if you're ready for the consequences. try and imagine that this, your experience right now is only the mind gone crazy and you're actually locked away in a mental hospital so far removed from the world as it exists that you think you're sitting in front of your comupter like on any other day. scary no?

Killing yourself to live
Killing yourself to live
I'm telling you
Believe in me
Nobody else will tell you
Open your eyes
And see the lies, oh yeah
You think I'm crazy and baby
I know that it's true
Before that you know it I think
That you'll go crazy too

reality is that which, once you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.

read "a maze of death" by philip k. dick.

ditto.

When opportunity knocks, you should open the door. The rabbit was leading you to the door.
