I have had these three Bottles sitting here since i bought them, I always had the "Oh I need a bottle for this special occasion but I can not open mine I have up yet" excuse and now I have three of them..

2 are the 1999 and 1 is a 2000.

Should I ever open these up? could I?

Oh the choices of life..hehe

btw: I am not much of a Champagne drinker, when i do I usually do the Veuve or Moet route..

but the Cristal..I just can not bring myself to open such a fine, fine grape juice it is...

I think the stars will be aligned a week from saturday to open all three, assuming I am around, that is...

Champagne cannot be kept for long... Drink them as soon as possible before it taste bad. I'm serious. Maximum for most champagne is 2-3 years after that it's too late.

Drink it up man on a special occasion. The taste is something special, and the bottles will have meaning to you. Money is money, you'll get the amount you would have made back. You'll always be wondering how it would have tasted if you dont.

The drinking of the champagne is on its own a special occasion.

So drink one bottle, then drink the others for having drunk the first. ;D

make an occasion of it! invite a special lady over, cook dinner for your better half, visit your mum... whatever you do, share it with someone special, and enjoy it! champagne is made for drinking, so drink it!
