It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear a response from them through email why my Q Jays have not been placed out of the status "To be delivered." What is going on with this company? Any suggestions/past experiences?

I think it this case it would depend on how bad you want those headphones... If they are worth waiting for... then, I'm sure they'll show up when you least expect it. If they're not worth waiting for... then cancel your order and find another product that suits your taste.

I have Etymotic ER4s and think they are very good...
