Sony's popularity is increasing at home in Japan. See here (guess "memory type" is flash, as opposed to that other memory type).

And Bill is getting serious (again). Wonder how much cash "working hard" equates to? "We have to do something with our partners that’s just better." Why do I picture Creative employees with scared looks on their faces?

how about the pricing? the 1gb flash player with OLED (sorry can't remember model no), is only £30 lower than a micro drive player in UK? OLED or no OLED thats a rip-off.

at least they're going somewhere along the right lines with the new range of Hi-MDs; the new OLED model I spotted in Sony store for £130
