Twist it into a long loop, then, um...yeah, use some foil...for starters. Just watch your cable laying inside your machine as there are obviously a lot of traces on a motherboard.
Or, splurge on some rounded cables that likely already have shielding.
Honestly I think it might be wasted effort as the card's ramdac, output filter, card-to-monitor cable and monitor itself all contribute to so much that this isn't much of an issue.
You might trace the pins and see if they put a ground between each signal line. If so, don't roll or fold the cable lengthwise, though the couple folds to get it oriented to the socket shouldn't matter much.
The card itself is a shield though, since it is inverted in the case. Do you have a lot of noisey components plugged into lower slots?
