I have started downloading songs from tidal . and I only have 3mbps of download speed so I have been affected by the wifi issue. my one question though is that I have managed to download all my songs (I have few songs in library) but wondering if the songs downloaded is still mqa/hifi quality since it was downloading on a very slow speed. if its not the mqa/hifi quality then it sucks. this was my first mid fi dap and I wasnt expecting to have this issue

The song will still be MQA. I had the same issue. There is something with their radios. I changed my router, and speed on the M6 Ultra from the teens to the in with 100 zone. My new router is a TP-Link 1800.

Download speed won’t affect the quality of downloaded files. If tidal lists it as hifi/mqa that’s what is. The download speed only matters for how quick you want them downloaded or when streaming. In this instance you should be fine.

Please what exactly was visible on the screen protector? Scratches, air bubbles? Something else?
If it come wrapped, then there it could have been mismanaged by our QC. They are supposed to clean each device after it goes through all testing before packaging, but sometimes one can slip through unnoticed.

If you play file and it shows as MQA, it's MQA. The Tidal app has setting where you can set what quality you want to download and it follows this setting.

Would be helpful if you would have any photo. Hard to say if it could be some glue residue or anything else.

I liked it out of the box but I heard it open up a bit more and the mid bass the settle in after maybe 5-10 hours? Nothing crazy.
