I managed to sync my playlists to the M2X, however when I try to play them on the device it says file not found, however I can play all the music through the All Songs section. I am using M3U.

Such error would mean that something in your playlist is not set correctly, might be name of drive (MTouch uses A as drive name) or structure doesn't exactly match to folder structure on your Micro SD card.

USB to jack will not work, since M2X doesn't have analog output in USB port. If you want to use analog input on your car radio, use analog output on M2X (3.5mm jack)

In which way does your car radio deals with USB devices? Simple connect some drive and then browse files on it through system of car radio?

Not sure that I am following here. My car has only regular USB output. I do not have idea which way car radio deals with USB devices. Actually, I have Apple iPod video and it is connected to car radio by USB and that strange wide jack to iPod.

What do you suggest to do?

Thank you.

Changing drive letter of the micro SD card to A worked. It was originally D. Now it seems I can play all my music so far. However, I noticed that a significant amount of the tracks say "Unknown artist" even though they are all properly tagged. Before, when I synced to a phone, music apps were able to properly display all tags including artist name. What is causing this? Any way to fix?

@Shanling, Today I received M2x i bought. Fantastic piece of engineering. I have a question, what does the High gain do? I know it increases gain but of what? DAC chips gain or Opamps gain or something else? I'd love if you can answer..

Didn't Shanling see my post or they don't just bother to acknowledge or to answer my question? I must say my first experience isn't very good ! :frowning2:

Does your car stereo supports playback from USB devices(like flash drives)? Ipods are working in special way, just because your car works with ipod doesn't mean it will work with other USB sources.

Does your car stereo have audio input(3.5mm jack connector)?

Will the M2X support (ripped) DSD64? I ripped DSD from SACD's. I tried to play them on Shanling M0 and Fiio M9. Unfortunately the devices only played a few DSD64 music files.

On the Shanling M0 I got the message "not supported file not found"
And on the Fiio M9 I got the message "file not found"

Well, which form of DSD? Do you have it as separate .dsf file? Or do you have it as ISO file, in which case is it DST by any chance? DST is not supported by our system due to to high demands on processing power.
