hi new to head-fi but have been looking around once in a while for stuff like recommendations.
planning to get a schiit stack and rolls mx42. i need a mixer to output my tv(switch, xbox one, ps4), pc and laptop to an acm (comes with ZxR) which then outputs to speakers or headphones. how do i arrange the modi, magni and mx42? i read that the mixer would normally be in between the DAC and amp, but that means that my other inputs wouldn't be able to benefit from the DAC. would there be any issue if i had the mixer before the stack? i'm fine with the DAC being between my main pc and mixer if it doesn't work out though but was just wondering if i would suffer any loss in quality if i had the DAC after the mixer. thanks in advance!
