Hi HeadFi!
 
I'm about to buy the K7xx. I will be using it for popular pop music (Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift) and Hip Hop (J Cole, Mac Miller, etc.) Is this a good choice? I am also thinking of getting the Topping NX1 to power them. I already have the FiiO E6.

I haven't heard the K7XX, but many head-fiers seem to be enjoying them for a variety of genres.

I'm a little bit worried about the amping. A tiny amp like the E6 doesn't look fit to power a K7xx, much less their other headphones.

Not a lot of power coming from the NX-1 amp.
I would say to buy the FiiO E11K ($60) or the Schiit Magni ($79).
 
My K7XXs arrived a few hours ago (payment was make 85 days ago).
So far they appear to be worth the $200 price.
Should sound good for any kind of music.

If your willing to budget for it, might as well get the Modi/Magni.
I would think a Fulla might do it, but it's just safer to go for the Modi/Magni.
The K7XX is kind of demanding, power wise.
