My Astell Kern was dropped and I sent It in for a cosmetic repair to the back housing, but now they are saying it’s a non retail version and they aren’t sure they’ll follow through with the repairs and I’m afraid they’ll keep it...I thought non retail versions had locked firmware and were limited to 32GB? This one has the full 256GB, and I updated the firmware. I’m a little miffed and they keep giving me the run around. Everything else is working fine and it is a cosmetic issue, no other work needs done.
