Sennheisner PC 166 USB vs. Beyerdynamic MMX 2 USB.

Hi All,
 
I want to buy a new headeset for my PC and PS3 that's why I need USB connection too, I thinking about these two models
 
Sennheinsner PC 166 USB
 
Beyerdynamic MMX 2
 
And I really don't know which one to choose,
 
Also I have Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 80ohm headphones with Zalman microphone so I thinking also using them on my PS3, using USB soundcard from MMX 200 or Sennheinsers,
Do you think is this USB soundcards can handle my DT770 80ohms ?
Beyerdynamic MMX 300 also have included this USB soundcard, but they are only 32ohms.
