Does anyone else think the measurements on innerfidelity look closer to HD600 than HD650? I hope we're not getting HD600 dressed as HD650. I already have HD600 and don't want another one.
 
EDIT: His HD600 measurements are probably very old now. I wonder if current HD600 sounds a bit different. His measuring rig has probably changed as well

Are the 600/650 connections at the driver the same?  The pads?  Always wanted to try the 650 and compare it to the 600...guess now is my chance.

I get that - but assuming you have a 650 (which most of us do I am sure) why not spend the $200 elsewhere?

Shorter cable? 

 Custom HD650 cables are usually very expensive

Even though I just got a Focal Elear I don't know if I can pass this up. I gave my HD600 to my sister about a year ago and I've regretted it ever since so these HD6XX look like a great buy for $199 if they sound like the HD650.
