I saw another thread about the Sennheiser warranty service in this section but please move my thread if it is in the wrong section.

I am planning to send in my sennheiser ie80 for warranty repair, does anyone know if I just need to send in the earphone itself or do I also need to mail the original box with all the paperworks, plastics, cases, and stuff?

Wow, so I mailed in my ie80 for repair, and they sent me an ie80s as replacement!
I am impressed by Sennheiser CA.
