Sennheiser warranty/service contact in US

I’m not happy right now…
Both plugs of my HD 800s pulled out and ripped from the headphone while attempting to change the cable for the first time. This is absolutely unacceptable how difficult it was to attempt to change the cable to the balanced cable and the fact that both sides ripped out. Also, attempting to talk to someone for help in the US has been awful. Does anyone have a phone number or a better way to contact them about this major issue? Oh, and I’m not some weak person. I followed the directions to give a tug and this happened.
