I own the HD650 and while I find it a fantastic headphone, there is one bothersome feature about it: the earpads. They don't have wide enough openings for my ears to breathe well at times. They also aren't deep enough, necessitating me to remove the foam baffle covers to stop my ears from rubbing up against the baffles and getting sore.
That is why I thought of the HE60 pads since they appear to be deeper and wider.
Does anyone know if they are roomier and thicker than the HD600/650 pads?
And how do they affect the sound of the HD650 (assuming I put the driver covers back in to return the 650 to its stock form)?
