Having owned these headphones for a few weeks now, and having used them constantly,  I feel that they have a lot more potential than they are delivering.. and they already sound very good...   I'm experimenting with various mods to flush them out a bit.

first, a little mod for deeper insertion and possibly better fit - its very basic

here is what you do...

pull off the foam covers from the buds...
peel off the rubber seal that goes along the edge of the drivers... its not glued, it comes off very easily and is equally as easy to return to place.
then simply put the foam back on....
thats it... its not much, but for my ear shap it actually really helped...  ;-)

i hope to hear of others with similar results

finding they dont stay in as well, with the rubber grommet missing.. ended up putting it back.. honestly these things fit so well with the hooks that i dont even notice they are there anymore, so undoing this mod was just fine

something else im trying is cutting holes in the foam covers.  these buds sound slightly muffled, even with eq, and their potential for clean clear mids and treble is a bit stunted.  also the bass is so powerful that if a little is lost it would be fine.

so far a very rough cut hole in the center seems to have evened out the sound a bit, but more testing is necessary
