Something I am impressed about these are the battery life. I feel like they keep a charge for a long time. I am surprised.

Also once I found the right sized tip they feel really comfortable. I was using ones that I thought were perfect but ended up being too big since they would hurt my ears slightly at the end of a long use. I went down one size and realized that's all I needed and they fit perfectly without discomfort at the end. I hope everyone has got the size they wanted.

Now this might feel like a detail to some people, but I am really impressed.

I was playing with M2 IEBT (HD1) and I was charging them from my phone's wall charger.

Out of habit, I plugged in my smartphone to the charger then connected the smartphone to the laptop with the same cable. The Sennheiser cable works as a data cable!

I don't know what to tell you, this might be just a detail for some, but I really like when a company goes one step beyond for their fans and customers. I don't even know if this was meant to be this way, but the fact that it works this way is lovely for me!

would the sound be comparable to the mdr1000x? i understand its not a right comparison since its in-ear and around ear, currently use the sony mdr1000x and would love these kind of sound in an in-ear factor

I have recently required both of these, and my immediate impression of the difference is that the MDR1000x is pretty neutral, and the Sennheisers are bass-heavy, a little recessed mid and good treble.I like them both. I bought the Sennheiser Comply T-167 foamplugs because I couldn't get decent fit with the ones that came with it, and the passive noise isolation is on par with the active one in the MDR1000x. I'm keeping both as they both sound wonderful, but the Sennheiser might need a little equalizer tweak to reduce the bass a little and push the mid's a little bit forward.

I agree, M2 IEBT has a strong bass and a strong treble, but it is so clear and presents music so vivid that I'm quite happy with their sound!

One thing is that the extra treble I really love, sounds quite similar to ie800 in this aspect!

I actually lowered the bass as well when I first began listening to them, but the more I listen, the more I like this bass heavy signature, just try some EDM or bass heavy music like certain metals and everything will shine in a new light! I'm really really impressed with their quality when they are driven from an APT-X enabled source, the sound is amazing in that situation!

It should be one of the best IEMs for outside usage! Like ie800, M2 IEBT has that strong bass and treble, this helps you listen to them using lower volumes while on-the-go!

Most fancy wireless earphones for sure. How much are these? I am interested.

I will be honest!

I have not tried that many wireless IEMs, but these are clearly the fanciest out of the bunch I tried so far!

I will be posting photos soon together with my full length review, they are just gorgeous in person, and Sennheiser made the neck band look extremely elegant and stylish, I'm really impressed with what they did there!

EDIT::: Just look at them!

I finished my review and it is now live on both Head-Fi and Audiophile Heaven! Read the full length review if you want to buy M2 IEBT! I hope it helps you decide!

Quick headline: I do like and recommend M2 IEBT. Great battery life, great isolation, and the sound is V / U shaped but in the good way. They have a lot of bass.
