Sennheiser MM 550-x

I'm not an audiophile, but do like some good music. I have my new phone for about 2 weeks, and it supports apt-x.
Since I don't have a decent set of headphones I want to get me one.
Because I have a ps3, it would be awesome if the headphones support bluetooth. The best bluetooth headphones are the Sennheiser MM 550-x I think. But after a lot of reading most people aren't 100% convinced. Some people complain about the max volume, other people say there's nothing wrong with it. (I guess apple users are the ones who have problems with the volume because they limit the volume output?)
I would really like the headphones being wireless but it's not a must, so I've been thinking what would be better for me: the 550's or maybe two headphones, one for the ps3 and one for my mobile phone/computer.
The wired headphone I'd probably buy are the Ultrasone HFI-580, I can buy these for about 140 euro.
I would need a second headphone, I guess they would be about 60 euro.
The 550 I can buy for 280 euro. Is this good value for money? (I think they are cheaper in the EU than the US).
Oh yeah, my music taste is pretty wide: DnB, classic, jazz, tekno, metal etc. I do like a nice bass in my music.
Hope I gave enough info for you to help me, otherwise please let me know.
