New to this forum and new to using a Sennheiser MB Pro 1 headset.
I am using a Cisco phone. I can answer multiple lines, i.e., for my boss and coworkers. When I am on a call and someone calls for my boss I get a beeping in my ear to let me know his line is ringing. If I can't pick it up after the call goes to voicemail or if the person hangs up then the beeping stops.
The problem is, when I'm on a call and someone calls my boss's number, if he picks up I get the beeping in my ear the entire time he's on his call. It's really frustrating to try and listen to training sessions when there's constant beeping!
Does anyone have an idea how to stop this from happening? I've tried pushing the on/off button for the number of seconds indicated in the manual but it doesn't seem to do anything.
Thanks!!
