What track were you taking about (bass track)?

The link I posted gives the song name and links to most streaming/stores… maybe it’s easier to demonstrate if I show you? This is what you would see if you clicked the link at the end of the post:

So, you see, it’s a “link tree”… once you tap that one link, you can then tap the link to take you straight to the song on YouTube, SoundCloud, Tidal, Napster, etc. There’s even a “buy” section just below these if you wanted to get it. This way, you don’t have to search for the song, you can just click/tap right to it. Quite the convenient shortcut, wouldn’t you say?

I'm collecting mine this afternoon on a demo basis, I can't wait to test it. It's only a demo for now but reading all the good things here I suspect I will be a fully paid up ie900 club member soon.

Hey guys, finally joining the IE900 Club! Quick question, and a long shot I know, but has anyone got a PW Audio 1960s cable they've tried with the IE900? I have no issues with the stock cable, but if I'm going to invest, why not give it one of the best? Will be back soon with first impressions, and a full review in the coming weeks.

Well so far I did not find any track in my music library which did not sound excellent with the Sony WM1A Sennheiser IE900 combo. On the balanced out on high gain. With stock cable and stock firmware.
I am listening through my Supertramp collection right now. Excellent job @Sennheiser.

Although I did not use the Sony WM1A My experience was similar... It sat right at the melting point of critical detail and satisfying fun No matter what I threw at it. Glad you're getting to enjoy it in the balanced configuration!

Thanks Eric. Do you perhaps have a diagram of the mmcx connector specs? I need to have a custom cable made for the IE900, and I'm sure I saw measurements or a diagram doing the rounds showing the IE900 connector details. @Evshrug

I pretty much had or tried all the top cables. Most are upgrades in feel and sound. My goal would be to use the stock cable for a few months to really get to know the sound the designers were hoping for. Saying this I realise the use of tips and how deep or shallow can alter the sound so that wont help to know the exact sound the designers were aiming for.
