Haha, not yet, i've told myself again that this one is the last and i need to stop for real now.

I almost bought another but my goal or plan is to hold till about Nov ideally now... I have my eye on a newly released IEM (Tansio Mirai Spark) and curious to see feedback over the coming months and no doubt some good Black Friday deals.

Does anyone have the IE800 to compare? Is it 100% worth to upgrade or is the IE900 more of a sidegrade? I am plenty happy with the IE800 with Apple's iPhone dongle so far and listening at 80% (sufficiently powered and loud). Of course I have a chord mojo when I feel I need a bit more..

Happy to hear any impressions I love the IE800 staging and bass depth & texture so really hyped for the IE900. Can someone help cure my upgraditis?

I have the IE800. I can wear them overear with the medium stock tips. I listen from my Sony WM-1A. I should receive the IE900 tomorrow. I will post some impressions.

The dms review sounds like the IE900 is a slightly refinded IE300. I guess that makes sense. Comes really down to if one is ready to pay much more for those famous last % of improvement.

Most of the YouTube reviewers are rather unreliable and hyperbolic in my experience, Zeos being the worst case scenario. Oddly enough, the most accurate and fair minded of the bunch is a quasi-joke one - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKyttd04b4AJxH4slyUuJaA Sadly inactive.

Neither stock cable nor stock tips worked for me as well.
But with Alo Silver Litz cable (modified, it will not work otherwise!) comfort has improved a lot, and after some tip rolling i'm using Ortofon tips, they allow for a semi shallow fit. Xelento tips are ok too, but then it gets very shallow and not secure enough in my ears.

I read somewhere that the Xelento cable fits. Did you try it?

Looks like Australian stock won’t arrive until August. Also, the dealer said there will only be a very limited amount of stock coming in. Strange. I wonder why it’s so delayed? I realise Australia is generally behind the rest of the world lol but it seems weird that it would take that long to arrive down here.
