Sorry about that.  If you do a search for comply in this thread there's talk about them making one but it doesn't appear to have happened yet.

TSX-500 apparently fit...not sure how but...I'll have to give them a try....

  I also use comply TSX-500 with my IE800. It never happened to me that any of the comply tip remains in my ear when removing the phones. You could use comply 400 series which I believe tiny bit smaller than the 500 series.

These are the Comply tips I use with my IE800s! It doesn't say on the page that they're made for the IE800 but they fit them that's for sure. It's a really snug fit so no chance they're gonna fall off.

One could theoretically remove the center tube from a pair of ie800 tips, Chinese ones may come in handy for this, then get a Comply or similar memory foam tip that fits the tube from the Senns tip…believe I read this somewhere else.

OK found it...

I've seen the talk about comply 500 fitting the iE800, if anyone is interested to know I made a slight mode using the smallest earbud "as it's too small for me to use" I turned it inside out, cut the bud off leaving only the cylinder post that attaches to the monitor. If you put the post back into the body then push the T500 onto the post part or most of the way. Pull off, lay on flat surface press the comply bud the rest of the way on, as it fits snug then reattach, and you have a great bud now that we wish could've been included from the start

Keep in mind the Senn proprietary (barrel) attachment is half the length of other tip cylinders and the screened end is almost flush to the phones opening.....which is probably integral to the over all performance as the sound is less influenced by the barrel as it leaves the driver.
Also explains why it has an actual attachment as it is with some full size headphones.
