sennheiser ie series - flange eartips?

Hi i am trying to source double or triple flange eartips for my ie200 as i find that these fit my ears best, i also use etymotic triple flanges but these are to marrow to fit the sennheisers

any ideas?

Spinfit do the CP240 with a bore size of 4mm which it says can fit 4.5mm-5.5mm bores.
