Sennheiser HDVD 800 vs Asus Xonar Essence One Muses

I own a pair of HD800's (I have balanced cables) and am currently using them with an Asus Xonar Essence One Muses Edition (using a 1/4 jack cable).

Would the HDVD be at all an upgrade over the Essence for the HD800's?
