I'm selling my HD650, which was bought used in 2011 from the original owner here at HF (http://www.head-fi.org/t/552857/hd650-w-10ft-cardas-cable-and#post_7457044), who bought it new in Feb 2009. I have been using it with care, and it is in perfect working condition.
The unit has some wear with normal usage. As indicated in the 4th photo, the paint on one side of the headband had some cracks and a small piece has peeled off, the other side is fine. This is a very common phenomenon among HD650s, given that spot is the where the headband got stretched while its worn. Other than that, there's no scratch or damages at all.
The original box was lost over the years, but I could put it in a Sennheiser HD598 case that fits perfectly. The Sennheiser HD650 original cable will come with it (I'd like to keep the Cardas cable from the original owner). The $200 would include shipping to CONUS and Paypal fee.
