After much deliberation I decided to go with the HD620S. I need closed-back for the office and it seems like the best deal. However, with the 11.11 sale approaching, I was thinking maybe I should just get another IEM? I own the Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite, I love them, but want something a bit different.

What do you think?

How does the HD620s compare to the Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite in technical aspects? ( mainly details retrieval)

what source are you using? When I used a Topping L30 II for IEMs it made a huge difference, with it being so quiet on the noise floor. I have the 7hz Timeless (original, I didn't like the AE version) coming Tuesday. I still get a few of the KZ PR2 (less refined, but huge value for money) sometimes or the Artti T10 is a bass fiend (quality and slam) if that's the kind of changeup you're looking for. The Singles Day sale is the time to load up on the bigger coupons and stacking discounts, can't wait. Going to get an SMSL H400 like last year and backfill anything else to use the $80 off $499 coupon.

Do iems isolate a lot for you? Because personally i cannot get anywhere near the isolation from any IEM when compared to my closed headphones

Are you kidding? I've owned the Kiwi Ears OL and the Simgot EA500LM, both give you complete isolation from any incoming sound, probably better than custom-made earplugs even. I head that the Orchestra Lite is supposed to give you supreme isolation compared to other IEMs, and that is probably too, especially since they really nicely fit my ear shape (they are very large). I recommend trying Spinfit tips, they cost a bit but you will never go back to basic tips.

Fair enough then! I've tried a bunch of tips, probably 200 euro worth, never got it right. Either too loose or too tight which then hurts. Probably should try some custom tips i guess
