I am dusting of my HD545 I bought ages ago.
As expected all the foam padding is gone.
The padding for the cans is the same as that for the HD600, so no problem in finding a replacement there.
But: does the headband padding for the HD600 fit on the HD545? Images I have seen online of the headbands look very similar.
Unfortunately Sennheiser does not list a specific headband padding replacement for the HD545.
 
I am not desperate enough yet to start fiddling with refilling the padding myself

No worries. I looked  on amazon uk and didn't find anything.
However, ebay.de shows a headband padding replacement for a hd545/hd600 so I suppose the hd600 headband cushion will fit on the hd545.
Problem solved
