Which headphones should I get???
 
I listen to Rock, Metal, Rap, and Hip Hop
Love Bass, but accurate, non flat Bass
 
Also should I get a FiiO E5 (or other, if so please specify) Amp
I need the amp to be just as, or more, portable and cheap

If you love bass just get the XB700.  No need for an amp.

Well you gotta add the FiiO E5, it has a BASS BOOST BUTTON!!!!!!
 
Yeah, just get the XB700 and set your EQ to bass. 
 
But still, the 840 is the best can you can buy there. Even without a amp.

I would spend more and get the the srh940, just to avoid the dissuasive look of the srh840.
Having the hd595, I  just don't recommend them. No amount of eq, or amping , can fix that lacking (broken ?)  bass.
Remain the xb700, which is said to have an "unique" bass....

Im not sure about the performance of the XB series with metal and rock...bass is too much.

Frankly I've never considerd getting the srh840 because of the design. I'll get hopefully the srh940 this month.

Surprised no one has recommended Ultrasones when comparing with XB1000..
There's actually a thread where someone compared the Ultrasone Pro 900 and XB1000.
Fwir, he preferred the XB1000. Just do a quick search, it should be quite easy to find.
 
I've read somewhere that the Crossfades are extremely uncomfortable, due to their clamping force
but again, I'm not sure. A simple search would've given you plenty of relevant results.
 
From my experience, the XBs are really comfortable, but like someone mentioned earlier, probably
too much bass for metal or rock. They don't have that aggressiveness that headphones like Grado possess.
