Sennheiser HD590 Burn In Questions

Hi, could someone please give me some advice on burning in my Sennheiser HD950s.

Also, does playing them for 100 or so hours continuosly actually have a different effect from playing them for the same amount of time intermittently (i.e, through normal use), or does it just speed up the process.
