whats the advantages and disadvantages of these headphones?

i currently own them... and i heard some people flaming these phones? do they suck? i need someone with an audiophile ear to explain what are the pros and cons of these phones in terms of sound quality...

Overall, while i have not heard them, the traditional critisim is that they're extremely bright, on the edge of shrill. Otherwise, i believe they're not bad headphones.
