Heard www.headphone.com had a review on them but where is it? Does anyone know of any sites with reviews on the HD497's?

IIRC, the Sennheiser EH350 has the exact same review.

Yeah I was looking to buy. Someone offered me a set for $35 shipped. Was looking to get something better than these KSC35's and am wondering if maybe I should skip and save for the HD555's. Are the Sennheiser EH350 the 497 replacements?

Yes, it seems like the 350 is the replacement. They're very good headphones, quite an improvement over the KSC35. Of course, the HD555 is yet another couple of levels higher.
