I just want to know how many variations of the HD25 exist.

Currently i only know:
1. HD25 SP
2. HD25-1 II

Does HD25-1 exist? If so what's the difference between HD25-1 and HD25-1 II?

If i am missing a variation can you post it.

To my knowledge there is original hd25, the new "hd25" without prefix, hd25 1-ii, hd25 adidas, hd25 aluminum (also there's a china anniversary variant) hd25 amperior, hd25SP/SE, plus some other artist signed variant.
