cx series headphones on amazon are always a coin toss but I just looked at the seller reviews of BV lady and a user confirmed they are indeed legit. I got a pair of cx400s a few years ago for $35 and was amazed at the sound quality for the price. There are other options though and you might want to check out ljokerl's iem reviews if you haven't.

and i cant find ljokerl's review either, would you be kind enough to post it?
And at last, any other option you would recommend me? the best one i have seen are the klipsch 2s which are for the exact same price.

This reminds me of a set of CX55's I bought here.

At $12 I was skeptical, but I figured at that price I didn't have much to lose. Although shipping took almost a month (Imported from China), when I got them I verified from both images and sound that they were legit. Some people on the site complain that the sets they receive were fake, but quite a few others say they got real ones when they ordered. I think occasionally they get a few shipments in of fakes, but for the most part these are genuine; just made during a ghost shift. It's a risk, but at $12 a cheap one.

Also now it seems they will send you another set if you can prove the ones you received weren't genuine.

You need to be super careful with CX series online they were one of the most copied headphones around at one time and there's plenty still around. I don't trust ebay sellers selling this particular IEM. It's just not worth the risk, unless of course you want to spend a small amount to try your luck. I bought the CX 400 a few years ago for $40, it arrived sealed in what looked retail boxing, only when I listened to them I knew they were fakes, but to the naked eye you would never of known.

if moneys not a problem simply buy instore. So many people go through days/weeks of headaches reading, searching, wondering if their headphones are indeed real, some actually do sound 80% how they're supposed too, I just don't bother anymore because the fakes getting around improve by the time I've written this. Sure use a trusted site or seller, but avoid others for piece of mind.

I saw it on the "recent feedback". I can't really link it but i'll quote it.
  1. "I bought "Sennheiser CX 500-B In-Ear Stereo Headphone (New)" from this seller and unlike so many other sellers in the online market the Sennheiser's where genuine. I would definitely purchase from this seller again I highly recommend them. "
