I bought a set of HD-580 Headphones with broken plastic headband and I contacted Sennheiser and from what they said the replacements available are either the hd600 or hd650 .
So the HD650 seems to be closest ?
but I wish I could get the original
Anyone else faced this issue and found other option?

Either one should fit as they're all the same size. You could also epoxy it back together and wrap it with leather... or have Larry at Headphile handle it for you: https://www.headphile.com/
