Would I notice a difference in a sound quality if I replace the stock earpads with the hm5's?

Earpads only change the sound really, it would be subjective to call it an improvement. For example, if somebody likes more bass and if the new earpads helped add bass, then they would consider that an improvement, but others might not. Honestly I doubt it would change much, definitely won't give any extra detail
