Senn CX-300-B?

I'm considering buying my girlfriend a pair of Sennheiser CX-300-B earbuds for christmas. She's not an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination, so should I spring for the fifty bucks for these or downgrade and get her the MX-500's? I don't know, especially since I've never tested either model.

It depend if she will IEM or not. Anyway if you did decide to downgrade, get her the MX50 or MX51.

two of my non-audio friends tried out the cx-300 when i got them- both bought them that day.

they really improve daps if all you know are freebie phones!

I think she'll love them. They are a bit bass heavy in my opinion...so just be sure she likes bass.
