They're being shipped tomorrow, to fix the grattle in the left ear. *sigh* I tried taking off the pad and removing any hair, and while the grattle has improved a minor bit, it's definitely still there. I suppose I'll ship it protected by a punch of newspapers, laid out flat...inside a padded envelope. I hope the shipping costs don't kill me...which brings up another point, shouldn't THEY pay for the shipping both ways? It's not my fault I got a defective product.

Blow into the cans from the back through the chamber and see if that gets rid of it... grattle has nothing to do with hair in the pads.

Biggie.

I'd be much more inclined to think it was hair than that it was a damaged diaphraghm...

I have a horrible feeling that this is a dangerous practice, blowing onto the diapraghm... it can potentially make a small problem ten times worse...

...I'd be happy, if you could get into the drivers themselves to spot hair / crumpled driver by fixing the specific area... rather than a very hit and miss blow...

...I'm not saying you're wrong biggy... just that its not a practice that I would condone
