Seeking "ideal balanced" headphones, with slight emphasis on bass(when i listen to hip hop, techno and for gaming).

after a bit of extensive research i have narrowed it down to these since from reviews i have gathered that they provide a good balance of performance and "bass when you need it/and melowness when you dont need the bass"

i am obviously new, and am far from a hifi audiophiler, i do have intentions on getting a sound card, and an amp for future use because i am one of those people that feels entitled to the "best options offered" and the idea of diminishing the effects of the potential of my life experience and enjoyment well i have to get what I now know what i deserved all along......its obvious you guys have come to this realization with your hifi pleasures.....anyhow here's the list i have comprised

Now my budget is (strictly <100$) now im not asking for arguments about the 30$ htf600s vs 99$ v6s(i know that they are different as well) or anything like that im merely asking what would be an ideal solution in that price range and the most "worth while purchase"

Im no bass head but again if i pop some hip hop or dubstep/trance/electrohouse etc i want it there when the drops etc come down........but i also want a headphone that isnt going to ruin my listening experience when im listening to bands like The Smiths or Despised Icon etc.......so yes the balance is more emphasized than the bass but i emphasize that i need bass for when i want it.....especially if i am gaming with these headphones i want the game to sound realistic.....more or less its a sound card doing half the battle........but i also am going to use these on my phone so...........id prefer an ampless solution.....if not here ill break it down

Choose from the list provided(or suggest other options if deemed better);(amp combo if necessary) and (possible pad combos to consider) when buying etc.......i am aware the m50 pads also provide a bass buff that other pads do not so it is a viable upgrade to a "not necessarily bass inclined can since they change sound stage and dampness etc(again i did some research)"

JVC HA-S500(undisputed budget balance bass cans2.0?)
JVC HA-M750 (little insight)
Panasonic Htf 600(undisputed budget balance bass cans?)
CAL(heard it had a mellower bass....insight on if the 2s compensate?);i wanna throw KossDj100 in this bracket(i also heard they lack bass: but are good performers and well balanced)
ATH(ones with bass in the name the sub 100$ ones)
Sen 280s
Sony V6s

and i know this is sacrelige to drop this brand but idk honestly newegg is doing a limited promotion for 72 hours so im throwing these out

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826631256 -50$
since these skullcandys are now no longer priced ridiculously out of reach and these sale prices more match their performance bracket i am considering them in this "sale window" as well

I again repeat a <100$ solution;ampless solution preferred(will consider buying a fio if the cans +fio are <100); im a pretty sensible and logical person so things like "your going to have to burn them in or some type of menial task is required to reach "these HP" potential) all not an issue to me if it is worth the effort and the results its only logical to do those things.......to qq about them is merely illogical........again some sensible logical suggestions based on my needs and some logical statements/arguments why

Now i dont ride public transit or live in any major metropolitan areas so leekage is not an issue,(i dont want to hear any arguements for or against something based on your "definition of ideal"; defending "your purchase vs other posters etc") i hope i have explained my definition of ideal so that you experts can lay me some much needed final thoughts......Much Thanks in Advanced

ps last note id say keep this in mind as a kind of guide line "he wants something balanced that has bass when needed, nothing too overtly "something" in any direction.........i listen to everything(but country/and classical not hating) my point is i want something that is an overall "good/great can, that has bass when needed" e.g i want cans that will yield the least amount of dissapointment when i hear a "favorite song" and the cans ruin it, but maintaining an ability to put a smile(not a huge one just enough) on my face when i jam out to hip hop and techno.
