SE310 compared to E2C

Could anyone give their impressions of the SE310 as compared to the E2C? I am considering a purchase soon and was hoping someone else made the upgrade from E2C to SE310 and could testify.

Own both cans and really there is no comparison. 310 simply smokes the e2. You name it, it's better with the 310. It has a very neutral sound, with no frequency spectrum really dominating the other. Responds very well to eq also...
