Hi , new member here .
I have an e17k and recently bought a pair of se215s and i get a lot of hissing noise even when nothing is playing (on zero gain)
Now the noise with my phone or ipad is way less than this . Are all e17k's bad with iems or should i return this unit ?

It sounds like a defective unit, e17k should be able to drive low resistence IEMs without much issue
