Ok-I'm currently the proud owner of a 1 year old set of Ultrasone DJ1's. I love the bass, but I need something a little more portable for most of the time.
I'm also feeling a little cheap right now... but found good deals for about $50 on the:

Shure SE110: Shure SE110 Sound Isolating Earphones (White) SE110E at TigerDirect.com

UE Super.fi.3 (Altec Lansing UHP336 Rebrand):Amazon.com: Altec Lansing UHP336 Snugfit In-ear Earphone: Electronics

And Sony EX90LP: eCOST.com-Sony Premium Earbud Stereo Earphones - MDREX90LP - Sony MDREX90LP (Headphones) - eCOST.com - electronics, computers, laptops, mp3 players

Which would be the best buy? Comparable price...similar reviews mostly. I'm leaning towards the UE3, but would love some more insight.

Thanks!

dunno about the others, but i can talk about the ex90 to a certain extent coz it sounds similar to the 85. they sound good overall, but they're bass monsters (to the point of being boomy at times). if you can eq down the bass then they'd turn out to be very very nice.

From all the reviews I saw on EX90 they should sound better than both of SF3 and SE110(similar to E2C ?). I have tried the SF3's before and they did not impression me even with the price point in mind, same with the E2Cs. The only downside of EX90 is their sub-par isolation.

P.S. wrong forum btw, you will get some better luck posting in the portable headphones forum: http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f103/

Lol thanks for the forum tip :) I haven't been on the site in a long time and it seems like the homepages links go different places... Two votes for the ex90s... sounding good!

Any thoughts on the EX90 vs. the Klipsch Custom-2's?
