if im starting from scratch to building a new setup (upgrading phones though), what would be the best order to buy components? i was thinking transport*/external soundcard, amp, psu, dac, phones, cables, but is there a more logical order to buy?
*i'm not exactly sure what a 'transport' is, but im assuming the term can be applied to a transit or ua-1ex or something along those lines so i can plug directly into usb, and then have a dac go into that
