Stereophile would probably take it as actual proof. They seem to really want cable burn in / super high end cables to matter a lot. lol.

Sorry for the stereophile hate. I seriously can't believe some of the articles I read from there. The adjectives they use to describe some things baffle me. I saw an article where the reviewer referred to cables as being "danceable." What the screw does that mean?

Also, video^, I don't think that was really sufficient burn in. I usually use a full on acetylene torch. Burn in wont do anything unless you get the copper actually white hot.

Never heard of Poe's Law, but I'm going to start using that.

Lately whenever I say anything to my girlfriend with a straight face she seems to emphatically believe me even if it is completely ridiculous. I guess I'm either becoming quite the comedian or her sarcasm filter is broken. Most likely the later.

It was coined by Nathan Poe of Christian Forums in their Creation/Evolution forum- lots of parody and tounge-in-cheek stuff going on in that neck of the net.
