So what now ? I don't get why such a business can even stay alive - customer service, as in picking up the phone, (called five times in 2 days), answering emails (sent 4, where two was "what's up"-type of mails, other were order and resent order), or fax (sent one, no reply back, no emails back).
So far this has taken me about a month (10 days short), problem is Shucro is the only place I can get what I need for a DIY project. (Cerafines, OPA627APs, Vishay-Dales etc.)
Therefore there is absolutely no doubt; Mr. Rother, the man behind the business couldn't take anymore, he has fallen down from his chair. R.I.P.
What can I do now ?
Any similar experiences ? Thanx
