Hi all,

I'm looking into buying a Schiit stack for my new HD6xx's. Trying to decide between vali 2+modi 2 uber, magni 3 +modi 2 uber, or the fulla 2.

This is my first DAC/AMP purchase, so any info/advice is appreciated!

i'd recommend splurging for the mimby if you can. it's a bargain even at the higher price. i'd go with a magi 3 for solid state or anything else you want if you want a tube amp.

Interesting, So the multibit and Magni 3 or Multibit and Vali 2? Will the Vali 2 support the 300Ω load? I'm sure the Magni 3 will.

Thanks. Hmm, not sure I can stretch that far though, as the mimby is nearly double the price... will consider it though. How big of an impact would it make on sound quality?

Also I have never used a dac amp combo before so really have no reference for solid state vs tube. Would you be able to give some advice here for a newbie?
