I am in the market for Top of the line, Endgame Solid state Amp to use with the following headphones
 
1. Sennheiser HD800
2. Hifiman HE-500
3. Fostex TH900
 
I have only heard the Auralic Taurus, and was impressed, but curious about the other amps. I can get all for about the same price, so interested in finding out which will provide the best sound for my money. Any input is really appreciated. I will be using the Emotiva Stealth DC-1 DAC as my source.

i owned all 3 in the past 1 year and the rag is my favourite. The music just flows natually..I just felt the taurus was too clinical. V281 was more tubey sounding. The Rag was just right to my ears. Using then on a utopia and abyss.
