I’ve ordered 3 times and I’ve found communication to be smooth.
Remember, don’t be afraid to return an item if unsatisfied. You have about 14 days. There is a re-stocking fee but their service is good . Give it a whirl if you’re curious about their stuff.
If not satisfied with a product, no need to be embarrassed!
