Schiit Magni 2 or Vali 2

I am currently deciding between these two amps, I was wondering if the Vali 2 is worth the extra money over the Magni 2. The DAC that will be used with them is the regular Modi 2. If you need any more info let me know

Technically speaking, Magni 2 measures better(I believe). But if you're looking for a smoother tubey sound, Vali might be the obvious choice.
