My personal examples would be something like:

Accurate Warmth or
Engaging realness

My thoughts are if you cannot do this in two words only, use more sets of two words. This way it can be kept fairly brief. If others do not follow your word choices they can ask for further explanation.

I think the same, accurate yet with a musical warmth. Some devices just lack a richness that allow me to listen very long.
