A thought does come to mind for an MJ3. Seems like starting with Jotunheim Schiit started coming up with variations on the power supply and active circuitry as applied to the Freya's and LYR3 as well as, I think, Aegir and Vidar. Given these advances / options it would be fun to have an MJ3 incorporating some of this in an all-out remote controlled, Balanced / SE, HP / Preamp. Now that would be a hammer! (Tube type to be determined, ).

My collection at work...I will say these are not my favorites lol, but the Aberfeldy 12 is a solid smooth scotch.The Einar comes in second the rest are meh...hence why they are at work lol...the Jura is a discontinued batch, so at least it is unique...Whistle Pig 10 is not my preference for ryes...but it is highly recommended so I brought it in for others to try.

My home collection is more to my preference If anyone is interested I can post some whiskey porn lol

I also considered a redesign of an Aegir turning it into a pure, all Class A, all the time, 10 watt per channel, Balanced / SE, headphone amp. That could be drool worthy too.

The Mjolnir 2 is the best HP-Amp I ever listened to. (and that where a lot of them)
The Mjolnir 2 and the Valhalla 2 where my introduction to Schiit and as you are aware, I never looked back.

Don't you have a Ragnarok as well? If so what are your impressions between them?

Has anyone inquired about the possibility of doing a gugnir (and/or Yggdrasil) upgrade to accommodate a remote like the Bifrost 2 has?
I assume this would require sending it in and having a new hole put in the case so maybe not cost effective. Would be nice to have a fully remote 2 channel setup though.

My collection pales in comparison lol...I’ve been slowly getting through it, as I want to get my booze collection down to a manageable amount (I.e. I can drink it before it goes bad lol)

ok here is my home collection...multiple pictures incoming, actually collage incoming lol.two for the Skull Absinthe bottles from France and Germany, I just like the bottles. edit: sorry I was being lazy and used my iPad to take the photos...so they are pretty crap lol...but you get the gist of my home collection.
